What is your service area?
Our service area encompasses Brisbane, Ipswich, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. We can also take clients to and from Toowoomba if they require it.
How is pricing calculated?
We charge on a point to point basis considering time and distance.
What vehicles do you have?
Our fleet consists of:

Can I contact my driver directly?
Yes. When you make a booking with us, you’ll be given your drivers name and mobile number. Your driver will SMS you on arrival.
What happens if my plane arrival is delayed?
We track your plane. So, in the case that your plane is delayed, we will work around it. You needn’t worry! Rest assured, there’ll be a driver waiting for you when you land. We will also send you an SMS when you land.
Do you have INFANT seats?
Yes. We can provide approved child seats for your little ones to ensure their safety during the journey to your destination at a cost of $10 per child seat. Alternatively, you may bring your own car seats.
Are the vehicles safe?
Rest assured, all of our vehicles are well maintained and have current Certificates of Inspection. We use late model cars, which come with a wide variety of safety features, and we do not compromise on safety.
If there’s an accident or traffic jam will I be charged extra?
If there is an accident or traffic jam, our experienced professional drivers will use alternative routes to minimise delay, and you will not be charged extra.
If I keep the driver waiting, what Happens?
We understand that meetings don’t always finish on time and you might find yourself tied up when it comes to pick up time. We offer 15 minutes free wait time if you are running late. After 15 minutes free waiting time, the charge is $1 per minute.
What payment methods do you accept?
We make it easy for you by accepting all major credit cards and bank transfer. There is no surcharge for bank transfer. All credit cards incur a 3% surcharge.
Accounts are available for regular clients.
Are pets allowed inside vehicles?
No. Pets are not allowed in our vehicles.
Guide dogs and registered assistance dogs are always welcome in vehicles.
