How is pricing calculated?
We charge on a point to point basis considering time and distance.

Can I contact my driver directly?
Yes. When you make a booking with us, you’ll be given your drivers name and mobile number. Your driver will SMS you on arrival.
What happens if my plane arrival is delayed?
We track your plane. So, in the case that your plane is delayed, we will work around it. You needn’t worry! Rest assured, there’ll be a driver waiting for you when you land. We will also send you an SMS when you land.
Do you have INFANT seats?
Yes. We will provide approved child restraints for your little ones to ensure their safety during the journey to your destination.
Are the vehicles safe?
Rest assured, all of our vehicles are well maintained and have current Certificate of Inspections. They come equipped with a wide variety of safety features.
If there’s an accident or traffic jam will I be charged extra?
If I keep the driver waiting, what Happens?
We understand that meetings don’t always finish on time and you might find yourself tied up when it comes to pick up time. We offer 15 minutes free wait time if you are running late. For anything over this it is only $1 per minute.
What payment methods do you accept?
We make it easy for you by accepting all major credit cards. There are accounts available for regular clients.
Are pets allowed inside vehicles?
While we love real kids in our limousines, unfortunatley we don't allow fur kids. Guide dogs and registered assistance dogs are always welcome in vehicles.
